Reupholstery Supplies
Webbing – 100% jute, used with coil springs
Webbing Elastbelt – a polypropylene with encapsulated latex. Replaces steel springs, tested up to 250,000 times with “No Sag”.
Burlap -10oz interwoven jute yarn
Burlap Synthetic – 10oz, heavy woven fabric
Decking – denim twilled blended cotton
Muslin – unbleached cotton, a firm closely woven fabric
Dust cover black – a synthetic blend, extremely opaque
Dust cover – cambric is a woven cotton blen
Polyfiber 3/4oz – 100% bonded polyester fiber wrap, for cushions
Sewn Dacron 1and 1/4oz – a polyester fiber sewn on both sides with a thin material wrap for cushions

Polyurethane Foam
Polyurethane Foam – is an oil-based product. The price is set by the board foot. When the cost of oil per barrel increases so does the board foot cost. The price of foam never goes down.
Every foam type has four numbers. The first two are the density factor. This refers to the weight of 4 x 12 x 12 pieces of foam. The higher the number, the heavier the foam is. It is of higher quality because it means the manufacturer is using more of the polyurethane chemicals. The second set of numbers is the compression factor, the number of pounds of pressure to compress the 4 x 12 x 12 foam down one inch.

1119 foam – for back cushions, booth backs, tight back furniture, not fire retardant, stock sizes thru 5 x 24 x 108
F1845 – dining room chair seats, fire retardant, stock sizes 2 x18 x22
F2860 – gym equipment, exam tables, massage tables, etc. fire retardant, normally not in stock, approx. one-week delivery
HR 2445 – deck, arms and booth seats, stock ½” , 1″ and 2″
Q16 – tufted backs, shaped back cushions, and commercial backs. Stock sizes 4″, 4.5″, 5″, 6″ and 7″, fire retardant
Q26 – used in 95% of our seat cushions. Stock sizes 4″, 4.5″, 5″, 6″ and 7″, fire retardant
Q31 – used in window seats, commercial work, springless booth seats. Stock sizes 3″,4″,5″ all by 24 x108, fire retardant
Eva dri – outdoor foam for cushions and boat cushions. Not fire retardant. Normally not in stock, one week delivery
